Step 2 Click “Join Now” and fill out the intake form which gives us an idea of how to customize your workouts specifically for YOU.

Step 3 Receive an introductory e-mail with instructions on how to download the MedBridge GO app so you can receive weekly programming that will be created to help you improve your wellness.

Step 4 Complete exercise programs that are designed to focus on strength, balance, flexibility, and mobility. A 6 day a week, 30-40 minute workout plan will be sent to you weekly.

Step 5 Join our private, members-only Facebook group where you can interact with and encourage others as you complete the workouts.
